Helping Students & Young Adults Navigate Their Journey with Confidence
Our Mission
Journey to Aspirations equips students and young adults with the tools, guidance, and confidence to navigate college, launch meaningful careers, and manage their finances wisely—so they can build a strong foundation for lifelong success.
We exist to close the preparation gap and empower individuals to make informed decisions about their future—academically, professionally, and financially.
Our Vision
We envision a world where every young person, especially those from underserved communities, is fully prepared to pursue higher education, thrive in their career, and build generational wealth—without confusion, regret, or missed opportunities.
Meet the Founder
I’m Davionne Andrews—a Certified Public Accountant, Certified Financial Education Instructor, and founder of Journey to Aspirations.
I created J2A because I know what it’s like to be a student with big goals but not enough guidance. I attended the University of Texas at Austin on a full academic scholarship and later earned my CPA license. But more importantly, I’ve mentored hundreds of students and young adults, helping them land scholarships, internships, jobs, and build real financial confidence.
Whether I’m working with a school district or an individual learner, my mission is the same: equip, encourage, and empower.

“Being a part of the J2A Career Readiness program has strengthened my workforce etiquette, provided me with networking opportunities, enhanced my communication skills, and supported both my professional and personal development.”
-Â Jayla

“Journey to Aspirations had a big influence on my mindset. It encouraged me to pursue my career dreams and apply to as many colleges as I could, even the ones I thought were out of my league. The program gave me the confidence to believe in my abilities and my future.”
-Â Erycka

"Journey to Aspirations creates a space where you feel guided, empowered, and spiritually encouraged to build a better relationship with your finances... It wasn’t just about becoming financially literate—it was about learning how to apply that knowledge with real support along the way."
-Â Cynthia-Ann
